2st Committee meeting of the Stein club held on 26th, April 2001

5:15pm Meeting opened.

Minutes from AGM accepted.
Tony discussed last year.
El Presidente talked about this years events.
Elections for committee members.

Meetings will be the 1st Thursday of every month at 5pm.

Special comment (S.C.): Brett leaves for the Bar and is unanimously voted 
off the committee.

Rule for meetings - must consume at least one schooner of beer during 
meetings.

1st Beer Appreciation night.
Steins stolen, el Presidente will be emailing the club about the "ganking" 
and if anyone is caught stealing they will be kicked out of the Stein club 
and further action may be that the Clubs Association will be informed.
Other than that everyone was pretty happy about the night.

S.C.: Brett welcomed back into the committee as he brought food.

S.C.: Our special guest left, commentated by rude comments from Brett.

Next Beer night.
Approximately $230 will be made from tickets sales. Spent on beer is approx. 
$120 and food approx. $60.
Not sure about the left over money, choices being either to put towards more 
beer on the night or put in kitty for a later event.
Will be on Thursday 17th May provided nothing special is on at the Unibar. 
If not then Wednesday.

Brewery tour.
Possibly limited numbers. Will be early term 3.
Suggested minibus from uni, with members paying the cost if they want a 
lift.

In the bank we now have approx. $400, with a possible $200 coming form the 
Clubs Association.

Constitution amendments.
El Presidente will email out the changes that he wants made.Some will be:
-Committee elected at end of the year for the next year.
-Members are contacted by email not snail mail.

Suggestion of another Pub crawl.

S.C.: John rudely answered a mobile phone call in the middle of the meeting.

Term 3 late, Beer Appreciation night.

Term 4 Beer Appreciation night and possible pub crawl.
